DSCR loans are designed for the experienced real estate investor purchasing or refinancing investment properties that he or she plans to hold for business purposes. Instead of requiring income and employment history, the lender will look at your cash flow to determine loan eligibility.

This is the most popular among real estate investors. DSCR loans can be a good option for real estate investors because they often have more flexible underwriting criteria than traditional loans, making them easier to qualify. Additionally, DSCR loans can provide investors with access to cash that they can use to purchase additional properties, grow their portfolios, and increase their returns.
